About Jeremy

Jeremy Firkins is the founder of JF Homes, a company rooted in his Iowa upbringing (Go Hawkeyes!) and built on the values of hard work, faith, and family. Growing up with three brothers, Jeremy learned early on the importance of resilience, teamwork, and commitment—qualities that continue to drive his work today.

 He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, combining business insight with a deep understanding of property development and investment strategy.

 With over 15 years of construction experience, Jeremy has made real estate investment properties—including duplexes, triplexes, and apartment complexes—a core focus of his work. He’s passionate about helping clients build long-term wealth through smart, well-executed projects. From structure to strategy, Jeremy ensures each investment is built to last and deliver value.

While investments are his priority, Jeremy also enjoys working on custom home builds and remodels.

 Outside of work, Jeremy is a devoted husband to his wife Kelly and proud father of four kids (plus two lively dogs). When he’s not on-site or reviewing property plans, you’ll find him in the gym, spending time with family, out shooting, or rooted in his faith.
